Located at Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia, Tidewater Terrace at HomePort Hampton Roads consists of 3 buildings, with approximately 1,206 bedspaces in the Hampton Roads area. We are pleased to offer housing to military service members, with a focus on E1-E4 and Single Sailors without dependents.

We are proud to offer housing to Junior Enlisted Active-Duty Service Members.
We take pride in serving our service members and strive to make the move-in process as streamlined as possible. That’s why we offer a payment in arrears structure, meaning there are no up-front rent costs or security deposits for Active-Duty Members who choose to pay by allotment.
