Conveniently located at Naval Air Station Oceana and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek in Virginia Beach, the Tidewater Terrace property at HomePort Hampton Roads provides approximately 1,325 rooms across nine residential buildings throughout both bases. Our community is designed to support military members, with a primary focus on Junior Enlisted Sailors (E1-E4) and single Service Members without dependents.
Tidewater Terrace at HomePort Hampton Roads is managed by Hunt Military Communities, a national real estate services leader that has been providing Service Members with exceptional management services for over 40 years.
We take pride in serving our service members and strive to make the move-in process as streamlined as possible. That’s why we offer a payment in arrears structure, meaning there are no up-front rent costs or security deposits for Active-Duty Members who choose to pay by allotment.
